Henry worked for several years in London as a senior business strategy consultant, where he led teams on significant projects for Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. He holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick. His experience extends beyond the corporate sector into education, where he is sought after for teaching Maths and Science.
Having worked in both UK and South Korean contexts, Henry brings experience from both systems to his work in international education. He is one of the founders of BIEK LLP, the leading expert in the complexities of British schools operating as charitable organisations establishing branches within the Korean international school regulatory environment. Through BIEK, he advises on the development of British independent schools in Korea, helping institutions navigate regulatory structures while maintaining the governance and educational standards expected of British independent schools.

Nick Kemp
Head of Curriculum and Educational Design
Nick is passionate about education. Educated in the state sector, he went on to the University of London where he was awarded a First in Medieval and Modern History, before completing an MA in International History at the LSE with distinction. He later studied at Balliol College, Oxford, where he completed an MSc in Economic and Social History and a DPhil on the history of the British euthanasia movement, published by Manchester University Press in 2002.
After completing his PGCE at Oxford, Nick began his career in the state sector and later joined Harrow School where he remained for over two decades teaching History and Politics. During this time he served as Head of Politics, Assistant House Master and House Master. Alongside his teaching, Nick has maintained a strong academic and extracurricular profile. A Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, he is a strong advocate of the values of a broad, all-round education.
